Park Description: In 1998, a coalition of 35 groups representing homeowners, the community, government agencies and several environmental organizations united to preserve this site, which had twice been threatened by development. In 2000, the Scenic Hudson Land Trust and Westchester County raised $6 million to buy the parcel.
