OCTC’s mission is to bring together diverse community partners to foster well-being among Ossining’s young people and their families. We collaborate to maximize opportunities for substance use prevention and social, academic, and personal growth through innovative youth-oriented programs right here in Ossining.
We are comprised of people from law enforcement, local and county government, schools, healthcare, business, parents, youth, youth-serving organizations, faith-based and civic groups, and substance use prevention agencies.
Formed in 2004, Ossining CTC is a grass-roots, community-based coalition that depends heavily on the in-kind contributions of Coalition partners. We have also secured grant funding from Westchester County, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and have benefitted from the generous contributions of the local Elks and Lion Clubs, and Ossining residents at large. But we need your help!
